Random Island Mode in Stranded 2 is an option on the main menu when you start the game, which allows you to play an unlimited time on a randomly generated island, rather than Adventure Mode, in which you have to complete quests and have a final goal. You must stay on the same island the entire time. When you create a new island, you are given options for size (small, medium, large), difficulty (easy, normal, hard, raptor killer), and terrain (mountains, swamp, normal, etc.).
