Wilson is made by combining a volleyball with 10 branches. When you "use" Wilson, a line of text will be randomly selected and printed out ( ex: "Wilson grins." ). Wilson can only be crafted at two places: Island 4 where you find a volleyball, or if one is crafted, on random island mode. This is a parody of Wilson from the movie "Cast Away".
